1. Acceptance of Terms

1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between 788wun and every individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the 788wun online gaming platform at 788wun.net and all associated subdomains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, "the Platform").

1.2 By completing the 788wun registration process or by continuing to access the Platform after any amendments to these Terms have been published, you confirm your unconditional acceptance of these Terms in full. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

1.3 These Terms should be read in conjunction with 788wun's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which forms an integral part of the overall agreement between you and 788wun. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any promotional materials or bonus-specific terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the promotional terms expressly state otherwise.

1.4 788wun reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

3. Account Registration

3.2 Each individual may hold only one (1) active account on the 788wun platform. The opening of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, mobile number, payment method, device, or IP address — is strictly prohibited. 788wun employs automated and manual systems to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified:

• All duplicate accounts will be permanently closed without notice;
• Any bonuses claimed across duplicate accounts will be forfeited in their entirety;

• The player may be permanently banned from the Platform.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 788wun account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

4.2 788wun strongly recommends that all players:

• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their 788wun account;
• Use a unique password that is not reused across other websites or applications;
• Avoid accessing their 788wun account over public Wi-Fi networks, particularly in public locations in Karachi, Lahore, or other major Pakistani cities;
• Log out completely after each session on shared or public devices.

4.3 You agree to notify 788wun immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your account, any suspected compromise of your login credentials, or any suspicious activity in your account transaction history. 788wun will investigate all such reports and may temporarily suspend your account during the investigation to protect your funds.

4.4 788wun support staff will never ask for your password via live chat, email, or any other communication channel. Any communication requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to 788wun immediately.

5. Deposits & Payments

6.1 The minimum withdrawal amount from a 788wun account is Rs 200 (two hundred Pakistani Rupees). Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.

6.2 Before your first withdrawal can be processed, you must complete 788wun's KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. This requires the submission of:

• A clear copy of your CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or valid passport;
• A selfie photograph holding your CNIC or passport;

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 788wun may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload promotions, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards to registered players. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions, which will be published alongside the promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail only in respect of the specific promotion.

7.2 Unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all 788wun promotional offers:

• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified in the promotion details;
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before any associated winnings may be withdrawn;
• Wagering requirements count only wagers placed on eligible games as specified in the promotion terms;
• Maximum bet limits apply when wagering with active bonus funds — typically Rs 500 per spin or round unless the promotion specifies otherwise;
• Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash without meeting applicable wagering requirements;

7.4 The 788wun welcome bonus — currently a 150% match up to Rs 15,000 on first deposit — is subject to a 15× wagering requirement on the combined deposit and bonus amount. Free spins credited under the welcome package must be used within 7 days of crediting and winnings from free spins are subject to a 20× wagering requirement before withdrawal.

8. Gaming Rules

13. Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 788wun reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including in the following circumstances:

• Suspected breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe after being requested to do so;
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider in connection with your account;
• Compliance with a legal obligation, court order, or regulatory directive.

13.2 Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 788wun will communicate the reason for suspension to the registered email address within a commercially reasonable timeframe. Suspended accounts may not withdraw funds, place wagers, or access game history during the suspension period.

13.3 You may close your 788wun account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining verified balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to standard KYC requirements being met.

14. Amendments to These Terms
